I am a Creative Director with 15+ years leading brand, retail, and integrated marketing experiences for large-scale consumer brands. My work spans global campaigns, immersive retail environments, and digital content designed to drive clarity, connection, and performance.

I lead creative teams and partner agencies from insight through execution, partnering closely with marketing, strategy, and operations to deliver ideas that balance ambition with real-world impact. Known for being a grounded, decisive leader, I build trust across disciplines while elevating creative quality and consistency.

My experience includes brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and mentoring senior creatives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. I value collaboration, inclusion, and thoughtful leadership — not as slogans, but as essential conditions for strong work and healthy teams. I have also been a judge in ad festivals such as ADDYs and Hispanic Ad Awards.
